I'm considering to attend the meet-up this year, but I'm not really sure yet...so try to convince me! It would probably even be enough if you told me that it's gonna be totally cool... ;-)
How many people usually join a meet-up like this? And do you already know each other, be it in real or via internet? Tell me a little more about it all!
If the Amsterdam meet last year is anything to go by, then it should be very cool indeed. I for one had a really good time. It was good to meet people who share your interest in cameras and photography.
Swapping tips and stories over cold beers and good food get's my vote anytime. You also get to see the city in some detail. I plan to be there in Berlin. Look forward to meeting you.

I have not met a single person that will be attending this, but I've known many of them for years online. I can't WAIT to meet some of these people.
We're all creative in the same medium, and we're all out-going communicative modern people. We document our lives, we observe quirks around us, and we all have unique perceptions and aesthetics. If we take out the stilted communication forced upon us by forums, comments and e-mails, I think it will be a chance to make friends rarely afforded to grown-ups.
Yup, I expect it should prove to be pretty fun.
Having been to both the previous meetups and enjoying both trips, I am up for a wander round Berlin, a few beers, food and some banter in the evening.
If I remmember rightly Brandon ended up doing some impressions of my accent last year, then after a few beers ended up talking scottish! (which I am not).
snap snap drink drink munch munch chat chat drink drink drrrriinnkkkkkk. ;)
imagine walking the streets of berlin together with people who *don't* mind you stopping to take images every now and then. in my book, that's as good a reason as any;)
