Hotel Reservations

The Ellington Hotel on Nuernberger Strasse opened about six weeks ago in an extremely cool, re-purposed building in the heart of the City.

The place is decorated in a very modern and hip way - in the US there's a chain called W Hotels that does this look-and-feel quite well. Check out the Photo Gallery on the Ellington website.

There's high-speed data in every room, and wireless in the bar, restaurant, and the conference rooms. Because of their recent opening, we are able to get prices there that are unthinkable in any European City, esp. during the summer season.

Standard Rooms that would usually cost EU 98 are being offered to us for EU 70, and Deluxe Rooms (typically EU 130) are available for EU 90. There are also fancier rooms, please contact the hotel directly and use the word "photobloggers" as a reservations code, or contact Iron Flatline for additional help.

The hotel is also graciously giving us a conference room right next to the bar on Friday night, so that we can host a gallery there. They have various projectors (all new state-of-the-art gear!) that we will use to put on a display of our work.

THIS OFFER IS TIME-LIMITED - not surprising, really...

We have till August 15th to lock in rooms, after that it gets close enough to the main conference season that they will put the rooms back into the regular price rotation.
