Twitter updates

We plan on using Twitter as a proof of concept for a means of updating participants before, during, and after our events. Twitter is a great new service, that allows you to follow friends by way of mobile phone (SMS), instant message, or the Web. Here's a quick tutorial on how to follow us on Twitter:

• If you don't have an account, sign up
• Activate your mobile phone
• Go to our profile, and click "follow" and make sure that notifications are turned "on"
• You should now receive our SMS notifications to your mobile phone, so you'll know exactly where we're at and what's going on. Don't worry, we'll send out periodic test messages to make sure that you're following us.
• Send us a @reply in order to know you are not a bot and we'll add you as a friend. Just write: @epmeetup hello!
